Alpha Rose

Description

100% Xinomavro grown in the high-altitude (660m) sandy soil of Amyndeon, Greece’s only appellation for rosé. Destemmed and fermented in tank at gradually increasing temperature for aromatic complexity. Short aging (2 months) with lees stirring.

Tasting Notes

Bright rose color, with salmon colour hints. Fruity nose with rich expression.  rose petals and strawberries. Well balanced mouth, quite full, fat but balanced, reminding the nose aromas, with long aftertaste.
