From the volcanic soils of a picturesque island, this is a fleshy red wine demonstrating buckets of minerals with chalky undertones. A blend of two well-known grapes from Santorini, Mavrotranago and Monemvasia. Fermented and aged in new french oak barrels.

Tasting Notes

Ruby medium colour. Ripe red and black fruits on the nose with some spices too. Red cherries, black berries, and ripe tannins on the palate. Good acidity which helps the wine to mature beautifully.
